Watch Your Stress After a Disaster

For some that have experienced the recent natural disasters in Texas and Iowa, their stress is just catching up with them. When incidents like this happen people focus on their immediate needs and it’s not until much later that the stress catches up with them. Make sure you take care of yourself by getting enough sleep, eating well and exercising. Make use of support from friends and family, don’t isolate yourself. If your stress is really bad, you may need to seek crisis counseling.
