Tired of Holiday Stress?

We are now in the week between Christmas and New Years. It is an interesting time on the stress cycle since we are firmly in the window for holiday stress and approaching the new year where New Year’s Resolutions are made. Perhaps having just gone through the holiday stress period can help us decide which resolutions to make to improve our handling of stress for the new year.

The good news is that stress can be managed more effectively, no matter how well or how poorly you manage it no. All it takes is a commitment to handle stress better and a plan. Oh yes, one other thing would also help; the ability to remember our goal and the plans we made. Consistently implementing plans over time is very difficult for us fallable humans but when we can manage to do it we can achieve great progress. This is especially true of our resolutions to manage stress.
