Let’s face it, with this gray dreary weather, financial issues, and a post holiday slump, January can be a bad month for many. In order to keep your stress levels down start with the basics; exercise, eating well and down time. Try righting down things that are bothering you and talk with a good friend or family member. Do things that you are passionate about or take classes and be involved with things that interest you. Just take things slow and don’t put any extra pressure on yourself.
