1 in 4 people are kept away at night because of stress. More women suffer from it than men. Getting at least seven hours of sleep is very important for our well-being. Make sure you take some time for yourself to relax and remove yourself from stressful environments. In most studies done on insomnia a reduction of stress directly impacted people being able to fall asleep. In some cases their insomnia would go away.
