It’s not a surprise that stress can damage the success of your health. Stress can make you sleep less hours, not remember things well and cause you to eat more. The best defense is exercise and relaxation. Take time for things that make you feel good, like hanging out with a friend, breaking a sweat or watching a funny movie. All can keep the stress hormone cortisol at bay and keep you from eating that pint of ice cream.
