Stress Can Kill

This article talks about how stress is a slow killer and is always a part of our lives, but there are ways of keeping it balance so it doesn’t get the best of us. There are six easy ways to help reduce your stress. Make sure you eat in the midst of burning the candle at both ends. Take some time out of your day to remind yourself there is life outside of your  work. Learn to laugh at yourself. There is no need to take the world or yourself so seriously. Clean something! Sometimes completing a chore can add clarity to the world when stress is running rampant. Spend time with friends and family, get out and play for a while. And lastly make something. Getting creative can really help with taking your mind of problems and the weight of the world. These are great ideas to get rid of stress and to keep things in perspective.
