Stress Affects the Body

Some stress is normal in our every day lives. When it becomes aggressive and chronic then it can really affect your body and create health problems. Migraines are one of the most common forms of stress related illnesses. Another is muscle tension which in turn can lead to migraines. High blood pressure is also common and if it continues will not be relivedĀ  even after stimulus is removed. It’s important to learn to manage your stress by doing yoga or other activities to bring down your stress levels and allow your body to relax.
