Stopping Stress Before it Starts

You do have the power to stop stress before it starts by knowing what your triggers are and stopping your body’s response before it leads to being overwhelmed and chronic stress. The trick is is training your mind to see things in a more positive light and changing your perceptions of situations that you encounter. Of course it takes practice and you won’t eliminate every single stressor in your life but for general stress management it’s an invaluable tool. Practice seeing things with a different perspective and looking at what you are grateful for this will help lesson the strain of stress in your life.
