You can do it anywhere at any time and for several it’s a way to clear their mind and have some time for themselves. Many like being able to challenge themselves and the competition is small, they are up against themselves. Not only does it help with stress, but keeps you in shape. A common misconception is that running is bad for your joints and bones, but in actuality most runners have fewer problems that those who don’t run. Stay in shape and reduce your stress, try going out for a run even if it’s 20-30 minutes.
