Relieve Stress During Pregnancy

Research has shown that listening to music while pregnant reduces stress. The study included music set to the beat of the heart which reduced anxiety and depression. The music that was listened to included, lullabies, classical music and nature sounds. Listening to music seems to add to giving yourself time to relax which in itself can reduce stress, because you are giving yourself down time. This is particularly important if you are pregnant.
