With this economic downturn employees are not the only ones stressed out. Business owners are feeling the pinch as well. Here are some tips for reducing stress where you work. Listening to quiet or soothing music while working can keep your stress at bay and keep you relaxed while working. Taking regular breaks and going outside or walking can help break up the day to release stress. Take the stairs instead of the elevator to get some exercise. Eat lunch with a coworker. Be in touch with your friends through texting and emailing when on a break. Making sure you take some time to unwind is important for not getting stressed out.
