The holidays are quickly approaching. We all go through bouts of stress during this time, dealing with family, time, and money. How can we stay sane and not stress out during this holiday season? Start first with your health, eat as well as you can and make sure you’re exercising at least three times a week. Exercise is a great way to reduce stress. When you’re feeling overwhelmed by it all take a few moments to regroup and relax. Request some time to yourself from the family so that you have some "me time". Get a good nights sleep every day so that you’re not running on empty. Really the majority of reducing stress is to just take care of yourself.
