In order to keep fit not only do you need to exercise and watch what you eat, but you also need to manage your stress. Studies have shown that too much stress can lead to more body fat. There are several ways to reduce stress pick some solutions to try and see what works best for you. It may be as simple as taking some time to read, taking an hour to get some exercise or relaxing in the bath. By reducing your stress you can reduce your risk of high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease.
