Reduce Stress Just by Slowing Down

An often overlooked but effective way to reduce stress is just to slow down. Slowing down immediately reduces pressure on your nervous system caused by stress. Slowing down allows you to think more clearly and effectively. When you reduce stress by slowing down it doesn’t require any elaborate strategy or equipment and yet it yields large benefits. Being conscious of moving more slowly off and on during the day will greatly improve your ability to manage stress.
