Nutritional Stress

Not only can you can experience physical stress, but nutritionally you can develop stress as well. Eating refined foods like refined sugar or fast food can cause nutritional stress. The body has to work a lot harder to digest these foods and does not get any nourishment out of them. If we stick to simple, pure nutrient rich foods it is good for your digestion and you will gain energy. Raw foods are the best because it doesn’t take much to break them down and digestion is quick and efficient.
