When you run into computer problems it’s easy to turn it off and walk away. We would be doing ourselves a great service if we could do the same thing. We need to know when to walk away and take some time to relax. Managing stress doesn’t mean that you will be always be totally relaxed. It’s important to hit our own "pause" button when things get tough. it’s a good idea to take a break and recharge, your body will feel better. It can be difficult to during a crazy busy day to stop and take a moment. Try taking a few minutes just to breathe and sit quietly. It may help you to set up reminders for yourself to take these moments.
