Who would have thought that digging in the dirt could be good for your health and reduce stress levels. I read about a study done at the University of Bristol in the UK where researchers believe that inhaling particular bacterias that live in the soil may stimulate the release of some mood-enhancing chemicals that are in the brain. So plant some flowers! It will boost your mood and help you cope with your stress.
