Most of the time the things that stress you out are obvious like money, work or your health. Here are four things that can stress you out that you may not have thought of. If you own a dog they can be a potential stressor, especially if they are not trained. hey could be tearing up the house, barking at night and messing with you sleep patterns. It’s a good idea to get some training for the dog. Your alarm clock could cause you stress if it’s loud or even if the numbers display in blue. Look for one that wakes you up gradually or uses soft music to wake you up. If you’re not doing so well in your life presently, it can be hard to hear about your friends doing so great with their new marriage, their promotion at work or the vacation they about to take. Do your best to concentrate on the things that are going well in your life. Fluorescent lights do not keep you in a good light, no pun intended. Every problem in your skin can be magnetized. Try using incandescent bulbs it can help with your self-esteem and their cheaper!  Theses stressors can me remedied fairly easily and can help you rest easier.
