Exercise to Beat Holiday Stress

The holidays are coming up and that can bring on a lot of stress. Alone time will be something you crave if you will be with a lot of family. Make some time to get out for a brisk walk or a jog. It will reduce your stress and give you some energy. Your may even find some shops or parks that you haven’t been to before. Getting out and getting some exercise can save your sanity and burns some calories, maybe enough for an extra piece of pie!
